• Creative Development - Working off meeting objectives, a creative platform is developed for the event, including alternate themes, opening video/concepts, logos, transitions, speaker suggestions and flow. Provide working budget, execution timetables and support requirements.

• Staging / AV / Production Crew - Serve as general contractor to develop appropriate staging, contract for type and level of audio and visual equipment to meet audience size and production specifications. Hire running crew, including technical director and technicians, as needed. Work with suppliers and provide total management services for production.

• Video Development - Oversee creation of videos for the meeting, including opening videos, bumpers, on-site candids videos or meeting compilation tapes; including script development, filming and full editing services. GCS specializes in corporate videos, such as case studies, that provides extensive use post-meeting.

• Writing Support/Graphics - General writing support as needed for the meeting, including speech writing, executive presentations, meeting collateral and production scripts. Have graphics experts available for on-site speaker support services.
